Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy
What is humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy?
Humanistic integrative psychotherapy relies upon the importance of the relationship between the therapist and client to enable mind, body, feeling, soul and spirit to come together as a whole. There are many techniques used to help you develop yourself and the relationship you have with others.
What does Psychotherapy look like?
Both you and I will be actively engaged in shaping the processes of assessing the problems or issues, working out what will happen in therapy and evaluating the outcomes.
Some assumptions with this approach are that you have the ability to take responsibility for yourself and your choices. I will work with you to achieve your full potential whilst, taking your external environment into account and how your environment may be affecting you.
We will build a trusting therapeutic relationship, enabling you to openly discuss your issues, focus on your feelings, emotions and thoughts. As a humanistic integrative therapist, I will work with any internal and external issues, providing insight as a whole person: mind, body and spirit.
